Student Registration is only available to postgraduate students enrolled in fulltime study. Part-time students should choose Professional registration. Student registration also includes complementary admission to the ANZAM Doctoral Workshop, 4 Dec 2018, AUT City Campus. Admission to the ANZAM Doctoral Workshop is $A95 without full Student Registration for the conference. A separate registration is required for this workshop only, CLICK HERE for more information and to register for the Doctoral Workshop.
Retired Registration is only available to academic teachers, researchers and practitioners who have ceased fulltime or part-time employment.
Life Fellowship Registration is only for those who have had this award bestowed upon them by ANZAM.
Fellow Registration is only for those who have had this level of membership approved by the ANZAM Board.

Method of Payment
Payment of registration fees must accompany all registrations. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by the following methods:
Credit card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Please note that charges to your credit card will appear as being from “Matalexam Pty Ltd” on your bank statement.
Conference Refund Policy
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Event Manager, by email email@example.com.
Cancellations received up until Friday 17 November 2018 will be refunded less 25% for administration fees (please note if you have not paid you will still be invoiced for this amount). No registration refunds will be made after this date. Full cancellation fees will also apply to non-paid accounts after this date.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person in your organisation, if advised in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the Conference.
Accommodation Cancellation Policies
Accommodation cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Event Manager, by email firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations made 30 business days prior to arrival will not incur a penalty.
Cancellation made 29–11 business days prior to arrival will incur one night’s accommodation fee.
Cancellation made 10 business days to date of arrival will incur full payment of accommodation booking.
The Hotel will look at each cancellation case individually before making a final decision.
All best endeavours will be made to present the program as printed on this website. The Conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Organising Committee and the Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee and the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
